I immediately received multiple email correspondences, reminders and access to the patient portal. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. They were thorough with x-rays and the cleaning and explained things by using visuals of my teeth. They worked with me to schedule follow up appointments and explained potential insurance coverage. I felt very comfortable there and the office appeared clean and modern. I wish I had come sooner!"

"I have to be honest, I was concerned about how organized the front desk would be since I believe Tracey, the former office manager, left her position. But my visit at the front desk was prompt and organized. And my hygenist is always great, and Dr. H was able to give me an update on what is going on with one of my teeth during my orthodontic work. You are also back to playing mellow, electronic music; at one point it had changed to pop music which I did not find as relaxing. I don't plan on going anywhere but to Dr. H and Premier Dental! Well, unless I move out of state!"

"As soon as I walked into the office I felt immediately at ease; it’s stylish and comfortable, check-in was a breeze, everything was explained to me in great detail and the front desk staff was super kind and friendly. I was seen right away (I made an emergency last-minute appointment and they saw me within an hour of my call) and my problem was diagnosed, a prescription was written, and a follow-up was scheduled all in less time than it took to fill out the initial forms! Dr. Hassanein was incredibly knowledgable and had a great demeanor and was very nice. Highly recommend, so happy to have finally found my new dentist!!!"
